This is a lovely 60s 70s navy blue cotton floral empire smock dress with a super a line flare from the bust, and flared short sleeves. This dress is printed with a dainty white, brown and blue floral design, and trimmed with a pink satin ribbon, alongside a navy blue cotton border at the hemline. The dress has no inner lining and simply pulls on overhead, with side ties to cinch the underbust for some extra figure definition if desired.
