VTG 70S EDWARDIAN STYEL BLACK VELVET RUFFLE HEM TIE WAIST MAXI PARTY SKIRT 8

This is a wonderfully soft 70s maxi skirt made from a black velvet. This skirt has a ruffled hem, a zipper at the side to fasten you in, and a black rope to cinch the waist. There is also a black viscose inner lining inside. This skirt is a lovely addition to any vintage lovers wardrobe, being a versatile choice for any outfit and any occasion. We think this would look great paired with a cotton blouse, or as an all black look!
